0 Quick Apply Full-time 13 hours ago Full Job Description Private Equity Analyst Internship - Navalper LLC Navalper LLC is a Search Fund that is seeking Private Equity Intern Analysts to support its founder to identify and acquire a business.
Intern Analysts are unpaid but will be granted college credits.
The experience at Navalper is invaluable, particularly for those pursuing careers in private equity, investment banking, consulting and entrepreneurship.
They will be exposed to new industries, business models, valuation methods, and research techniques.
It provides a rich opportunity for interns to develop their own research and analytical skills by working daily in different stages of the deal flow generation process.
They will be given real responsibility and have a measurable impact on the organization.
The position is ideal for undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in business, particularly in finance and/or entrepreneurship.
Financial/economic background is preferred.
However, Science, Tech, Engineering and Math undergrads willing to explore this field are encouraged to apply as well.

Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in Navalper's priority industries.
Conduct research to identify and evaluate industries of interest.
Interface with brokers and bankers to source opportunities.
Analyze financial statements, business models and other information in Confidential Information Memoranda.
Conduct due diligence on acquisition targets.
Optimize internal processes.
Recruit and train future Navalper interns.

Qualifications:
A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities preferred.
An entrepreneurial, energetic, optimistic attitude Strong analytical abilities Strong attention to detail Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral Excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required A keen interest in business and entrepreneurship A strong work ethic A good understanding of financial statements Helpful
