We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, including (but not limited to) receiving, warehousing, distribution of raw materials and finished goods, inventory control, cycle counting processes, and shipping processes.

Commands a strong presence, and build a high performing team.
Proactively develops and implements quantifiable improvement projects, such as space utilization, systems upgrades, workforce efficiency, process improvements and overall warehouse organization tracked and measured through KPI's.
Oversees the supervision of personnel within department; writes appraisals of performance of direct reports, and reviews those written by supervisors.
Helps to manage and resolve employee issues.
Provides regular feedback; recognizing accomplishments and embracing tough conversations when necessary.
Coaches, mentors, and develops direct and indirect reports to maximum potential.
Responsible for making recommendations for pay increases, promotions, reprimands, terminations, or other personnel matters.
Works with Human Resources as needed to resolve employee conflict.
Ensures employees are trained and adhere to company and departmental procedures.
Assesses warehouse footprint and equipment needs to optimize space and efficiency that supports ever changing business conditions.
Ensures orders are shipped and raw materials are delivered to production accurately and on time.
Work closely with Materials manager to ensure cycle counting and inventory counts are done systematically and correctly.
Troubleshoots shipping, receiving, and inventory issues with various cross-functional departments.
Creates and maintains all warehouse operations training manuals.
Ensures and enforce policies and procedures for a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education &
Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Operations or Business is preferred.

years proven experience in B2B and B2C distribution environment Tech Skills:
Experience in WMS implementation, Application of WMS data analytics to drive warehouse efficiency, SYSPRO ERP experience a plus.
