SummaryProvides integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting.
Meets with individuals and families to provide brief behavioral psychotherapy services to patients and consultations primary care providers using an integrated care model.

Provider and team support Consult with primary care providers about behavioral aspects of their patients' medical treatment.

Be part of a team and cooperate in accomplishing department goals and objectives Clinical administration Design, market, conduct, and evaluate health promotion programs for smoking cessation, weight management, stress management, diabetes, and other types of health promotion services.
Participate in case conferences, departmental or agency meetings as required by supervisor.
Attend special training programs involving travel to other sites or through the internet.
Actively participates in care coordination and collaboration with Interfaith Community Services shared patients.
Display knowledge of normal signs of human development and ability to assess and provide age-appropriate care.
RequirementsEducation:
Must be license-eligible in CA either as an ACSW, LCSW or Psychologist.
Skills:
Bi-lingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic may be preferred at some clinic locations.
Demonstrated skill in providing psychotherapy and familiarity with medical service environments or provision of health psychology services such as smoking cessation, weight management, stress management.
Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary team within medical care.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Legible handwriting and minimal computer literacy, but familiarity with one or more word-processing, spreadsheet or electronic medical records systems and ability to do some charting simultaneously while in session.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience:
At least two years of experience (pre or post doc/licensure) providing psychotherapy with children, adults, and adolescents.
Preferred experience providing health psychology services such as smoking cessation, weight management, stress management, or work with chronically medically ill patients.
Neighborhood Healthcare requires employees to be fully vaccinated (including a booster dose) against COVID-19 and demonstrate proof of vaccination/booster upon hire or receive approval for an exemption based on a medical reason, disability, or religious belief.
Proof of booster dose will be contingent upon booster eligibility.
Pay ranges:
LCSW:
$92,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE)Psychologist:
$105,000 - $140,000, depending on experience (DOE) Recommended Skills Administration Behavioral Medicine Care Coordination Clinical Works Communication Computer Literacy Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
