Compensation:
Proven 1st year on target earnings $85,000 - $105,000, base hourly wage of $17.
31 plus commission Full benefits available including Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, following 30 days of employment Industry Leading Sales Training Program provided Ability to grow within the company with a clear career path
Responsibilities:
Selling turf in-store through self-generated marketing efforts Creating Personal working relationships for future Referral sales Working closely and effectively with our sales team to achieve sales quotas Create invoice and collect payments Mandatory
Qualifications:
Possess strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills Must be good with people and able to provide excellent customer service Have open Availability, Monday - Saturday, or varied hours due to business needs Must always display a great positive attitude at all times Must be a go-getter/self-starter and be hungry to make sales Must be capable of hearing NO many times before making that big sale Must have a team first mindset Ability to process sales/ Handle money Must have reliable transportation Ability to adapt to change.
