Scheduling medical evaluations, requesting documents, and diagnostic tests for injured workers involved in workers' compensation cases.
Collecting relevant case details and medical records from attorneys and other involved parties to prepare for medical evaluations.
Handling appointment rescheduling requests and communicating regarding changes in a timely manner.
Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
Ideal candidates will have reliable transportation, knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office software, the capability to resolve scheduling conflicts, and accomodate rescheduling requests while employing effective time managing skills and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Preferred but not required:
Experience scheduling, especially med-legal/QME scheduling Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Education, especially in communication, writing, business, or marketing Knowledge regarding the workers' compensation industry Job Type:
