We are currently hiring for the administrative assistant position to a commercial lines account manager.
The position requires organizing and maintaining digital client files, verifying the accuracy of quotes, proposals, binders and policies correspondence, phone reception, and client interaction, including transmitting documents to clients and insurers.
Training will be in person and, when completed, will transition to remote only.
Requires:
ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, strong organizational skills, attention to detail are required, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Skype; insurance agency experience.
A valid CA Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred.
Commercial Property/Casualty insurance experience is preferred.
The client support specialist is a part-time position to start with competitive hourly pay and a flexible schedule.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
