Responsibilities:
This position is 100% in the office, working with clients regarding job scheduling, fielding questions, communicating with Foremen and processing contracts.
Strong communication skills are a must.
You must be organized and enjoy working with people.
While we are not requiring pool remodeling background, we are looking for someone with construction scheduling experience who understands the crucial nature of working with clients on phase-based projects and understands how to build an on-going relationship with clients based on reliability and trust.
You must be someone who keeps tracks of multiple tasks, gets work done efficiently and can be relied upon to follow up.
Some of the daily tasks include:
Introductory client phone call - To introduce yourself, review contract and discuss schedule for job Adjust scheduling - To create a balanced schedule for all jobs maintaining a consistent work schedule for crews as well being able to respond to emergency requests and changes Process Work Orders Payroll - To ensure accurate and timely payroll for Crew members Call all clients for scheduling - To establish excellent communication with clients, inform them of the upcoming schedule and handle any questions and concerns.
Bids for Pool Builders - To support the sales process for in-house sales by entering bids Review all contracts/payments - To confirm all information is correct in order for jobs to proceed properly to ultimately produce a satisfied client who pays for work performed Call Supervisor about schedule - Establishing good communication with outside crews to confirm work will proceed as scheduled Field calls from Foremen - To support crews by handling problems, troubleshooting, answering questions and, in general, helping job to complete properly and on schedule Audits installation Schedule for Invoicing - To confirm that all jobs have been invoiced properly and timely to ensure continued cash flow Special Projects - To support team by bring expertise and experience to tasks as needed If you are a motivated individual with a passion for construction projects and possess the required qualifications, we invite you to apply for the position of Project Coordinator.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
