Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma.
Implement TPM, VSM, SPS and promote utilization of key process tools throughout the two facilities to identify and eliminate unfavorable gaps in performance tied to business KPI's.
Develop and deploy DMS using structured problem solving A4 Methodology.
Ability to lead, engage and train employees on TOS and continuous improvement methodologies including but not limited to 6 Sigma, 5S.
Lean, OEE and others.
Partner with HR leadership on broader training plans and processes.
Responsible for discrete categories of OEE opportunity including tracking downtime results, improving data integrity and developing improvement plans based on the data.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
