As a Warehouse Associate in the solar industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring organized and proactive efficiency within the company.

Key
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Learn to understand and predict the needs of installation crews based off plan sets and communication with supervisors.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and support organized storage practices.
Coordinate with management to ensure prompt and correct delivery of solar products and components.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Maintain warehouse layout and cleanliness for maximum efficiency.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and office transactions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation requirements.
Technology Utilization:
Utilize relevant software and technology tools for inventory management, order processing, and office administration.
Environmental and Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about environmental regulations and ensure compliance with warehouse and office practices.
Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly initiatives where applicable.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse environment.
Strong work ethic and communication skills.
Familiarity with solar industry products and components.
Proficient in using relevant software and technology tools.
This role requires a dynamic individual capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and adapting to the evolving needs of the solar industry.
