8 El Cajon, CA El Cajon, CA Full-time Full-time $25 - $30 an hour $25 - $30 an hour 14 days ago 14 days ago 14 days ago MERCEDES BENZ OF EL CAJON is looking to add a Automotive Contract Clerk The Automotive Contract Clerk performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle sales, such as New and Used car deals, processing daily flooring payments, reconciliation of Schedules, trade pay Offs, managing the contracts in transit, posting funding notices/ EFT's, etc.

Responsibilities Process New and Used vehicle deals as they come to the office.
Process trade payoffs.
Process daily flooring payments & post electronic funding transactions (EFT's).
Provide timely and accurate reports as required daily, weekly and EOM.
Reconcile dealer reserve statements.
Reconcile various accounting schedules and GL accounts related to vehicle sales.
Send all outgoing contracts to lenders for funding.
Reconcile the Contracts in transit (CIT) schedule and heat sheet & publish 2 x's a week.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 2
years Automotive Contract Clerk required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
Highly professional and dependable Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Must possess good organization skills.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have good work ethics including maintaining a neat work area.
Excellent follow-through skills.
Tekion experience a PLUS! Good attendance required.
