You will:
Expertly handle order processing for our printed marketing materials, ensuring seamless efficiency at every step.
Utilize your customer service finesse to provide top-notch support, guiding customers through product inquiries and order placements with ease and confidence.
Use your expertise in Excel and mail mergers to efficiently manage the mailing process; this involves normalizing customer lists provided by clients, incorporating them into our mailing merge system, and coordinating the distribution of promotional items on the client's behalf.
Tackle challenges head-on as you troubleshoot account features, resolve application issues, and assist customers in navigating the website with expertise.
Turn customer complaints into opportunities for satisfaction with your professional and empathetic approach.
Keep your cool under pressure as you multitask and manage incoming requests, delivering prompt and thorough resolutions.
Be a driving force for improvement, continuously evaluating processes to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the success of our team.
