Customer Service Representative


Summary:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing daily orders, invoicing and returns via phone, email and fax.

Essential Duties/
Answering inbound phone calls
Responsible for accurate order entry
Assisting our customers by providing information with the products including identifying the right products for their need and assisting with understanding catalog alternatives. Respond to up to 30 - 40 email inquiries daily
Providing friendly and knowledgeable service with excellent phone skills and etiquette.
Helps maintains computer system databases to ensure accuracy
Assists in improvement and special projects.
Education/
Experience:
AA degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
3 - 5 years of experience preferred
Demonstrated superior customer service experience with preference in an order management environment
Prior sales experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Knowledge of Quickbooks or similar accounting system
Familiarity with small package shipping processes (UPS, Fedex, etc.)
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and competing priorities.
Strong problem solving skills and quick, effective decision making.
Ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a positive attitude.
Works independently, takes initiative and has high tolerance of ambiguity
Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
